  1. Go to https://estatement.alliancecom.net/eBill and register or sign in.
  2. Click on Manage Account.
  3. Click on Invoice Preference.
  4. Select Web Bill Only.

And, you can pay online

Your payment will be processed the same day you enter it. If you want to use this option on a monthly basis, you will need to enter your payment each time.

  • View past telephone statements.
  • Monitor unbilled long distance charges. Know how much you owe before your telephone bill arrives.
