Are you already using fiber internet through Leap?

We’ll call you during the next few months to update a few things:

1. We need to update your billing and payment information. Your information within Leap’s billing system is encrypted to prevent sensitive information from being transmitted online. Therefore, your data can’t be automatically transferred to Alliance.
2. You’ll be transitioned to an Alliance Internet plan with a similar cost to your Leap plan. Most customers will receive more speed for approximately the same price. With Alliance, you can always change your plan without penalty.
3. We need to schedule a time to visit your home or business so we can update some network settings.

After we complete the steps above, you’ll start receiving your bills from Alliance Communications, and you’ll begin receiving two FREE months of internet and one FREE year of Ultimate Wi-Fi (reg. $9.95/month)*.

Important: You’ll continue receiving your bill from Leap until we complete the steps above.

Are you still waiting for fiber?

If you’re still waiting for fiber, we’ll contact you to schedule your installation. Areas already under construction will be connected throughout the rest of 2024. For areas south of Lennox where construction has NOT started, fiber-optic network construction will begin in the spring of 2025, and home installations should start in the fall of 2025.

After we connect your home or business, you’ll receive your bills from Alliance Communications, and you’ll get two FREE months of internet and one FREE year of Ultimate Wi-Fi (reg. $9.95/month)*.

*The two free months of internet and one free year of Ultimate Wi-Fi (reg. $9.95/month) apply to anyone who signed up for Leap’s services on or before July 31, 2024.

To thank you for becoming an Alliance customer, you will get two free months of internet starting with the first bill you receive from us if you signed up for Leap’s services before July 31, 2024.

Leap and Alliance use the same Wi-Fi routers, so if you are already using Leap Fiber Internet, you won’t need to change routers. Alliance, however, offers Ultimate Wi-Fi because we have added features including content controls and protection from viruses, malware, and more.  Alliance will give you one year of Ultimate Wi-Fi FREE if you signed up for Leap services before July 31, 2024. After the first year, Ultimate Wi-Fi will cost $9.95/month.

IF YOU ALREADY SIGNED UP TO GET FIBER THROUGH LEAP, YOU DON’T NEED TO DO ANYTHING. ALLIANCE ALREADY HAS YOUR INFORMATION.
